Like the jacket, the Seeland Hawker Shell II Trousers are made from a soft, hi-stretch, but hardwearing, fabric that naturally follows your movements. The trousers feature Seelands own waterproof, windproof and breathable SEETEX® membrane, which has a hydrostatic head of 10,000 mm. They also have ventilation zips on each hip, to help keep you cool when your activity level rises. One particularly useful feature of the Hawker Shell II trousers is the inner honeycomb surface. This allows for better air circulation and means that any moisture that accumulates inside the trousers is distributed over a greater area and evaporates more quickly. A small detail perhaps, but one that makes a big difference, when exertion levels are on the rise. The trousers have front pockets and a large pocket on the left thigh, all with waterproof zips, to keep your belongings safe when you are mobile. On the left hip is a strong D ring, for attaching various items. There are strong adjustable velcro straps at the ankles to fit the trousers closely around your boots. A durable reinforcing band is sewn inside the trousers at the ankles, to protect this high-wear area.
