Having just received a replacement coat for my dog, as the original was too big. I have found John Norris to be a reputable and efficient firm to deal with, any queries are dealt with quickly. I returned a pair of stalking boots for replacement and not a refund as the boots were very comfortable even after a long day, they were replaced in a week.
