  5. Many thanks for the speedy delivery of the Barbour Monty Slippers which I have bought as a gift for my husband. He bought a pair three years ago when we were up in Scotland. They have served him well. Unfortunately there is nowhere local to us where we could buy a replacement pair. I discovered your website on Tuesday evening, placed my order and it was delivered on Thursday.

  6. Good evening, I would like to give you some feedback on my experience I had recently with your company. In February this year I purchased a pair of Harkila boots for shooting, unfortunately on the second day out I had a leak in the right boot, I contacted JN by email and within two hours had a reply from Kirsty, who I must say dealt with my problem in a very professional, and courteous manner.

    Kirsty arranged for a replacement pair of boots to be sent to me, the whole process was made very easy for me. 

    I would like my comments passed on to a manager, thank you for all your help Kirsty I will definitely be buying more from JN.

  7. Hello, this is just a note to thank you for astonishing service in delivering a pair of Jack Pyke boots on the day following the order -Cumbria to Devon, quite exceptional ! Also, I have had many pairs of boots, some very expensive but none that fitted so comfortably right away.

    Due to your remarkable delivery I was able to wear them for a day’s shooting in foul ground conditions on the day following delivery.my arthritic knees felt much more secure and I felt comfortable throughout a long muddy outing which is quite rare.
