Would like to thank you for exceptional customer service I received today, although initially disappointed that the rod I had ordered was out of stock, I was offered a replacement rod that has higher retail price at no extra cost, I gratefully accepted the offer. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention patient with elderly customers dithering about what to buy! Fantastic service when my Shoeffel jacket needed the front press studs sorting out. Took me a while to try unsuccessfully to track down the original payment (in case it was still in warranty) but Sarah couldn't have been more helpful. Eventually had to send it away to be repaired at cost but it was back in a few days at no charge and was then sent to me by J Norris, also FOC. So top marks to Schoeffel and J Norris for outstanding customer service."

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with how incredibly well you handled my issue with a pair of Harkila boots.

From the beginning of the phone call I was left reassured that my complaint was being taken in an efficient manner and that a resolution would be expedient.

The returns process was fully explained, I received my FREE returns label within minutes and I now have a pair of thus far waterproof boots within a week of returning my defective pair. 

Having had to use my 15year old pair of boots through a very wet week, I am hugely relieved to have received my replacement Harkilas.

I really don’t think you could have done anything more for me. Truly fantastic service.

I have just received my 12ft John Norris-Guideline, Salmon fly rod. I must say it oozes quality and I like the large tip ring, great idea. Also the accessories are excellent. Nice to get a quality rod bag instead of one made of what my dear old Grandad called rivet bag Tweed. The only other rod bags that came anywhere near this quality were hand made by the bespoke rod maker the late Steve Parton. I'm really looking forward to trying the rod out and if it performs as well as it looks it will be really something. Price wise it hits way above its price tag. I'm also impressed with the quality and range of John Norris fly lines and in future I don't think I will be buying anybody else's.
