"Been shopping here for a number of years - top quality products at sensible prices. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention patient with elderly customers dithering about what to buy! Fantastic service when my Shoeffel jacket needed the front press studs sorting out. Took me a while to try unsuccessfully to track down the original payment (in case it was still in warranty) but Sarah couldn't have been more helpful. Eventually had to send it away to be repaired at cost but it was back in a few days at no charge and was then sent to me by J Norris, also FOC. So top marks to Schoeffel and J Norris for outstanding customer service."
