On two occasions in the last twelve months I have had cause to contact John Norris seeking help, the first for a broken rod tip on my Sage Rod and on the second occasion plastic clips to repair my Hardy Ultralite reel.

On both occasions my query was handled by Sarah, the service I received from John Norris, Sage and Hardy was first class; handled quickly, efficiently and with the minimum fuss with the added bonus of little or no charge.
