Hi. I would just like to say thank you to all involved for the outstanding level of service which I received from John Norris of Penrith last week. I sent back a faulty Simms G4 Pro Jacket which was leaking last Wednesday & to my astonishment a replacement jacket was delivered to me on Friday evening the same week.
