I am contacting you to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received from yourselves today. I contacted a female member of staff on the telephone this morning regarding a pair of Guideline Laxa waders which had begun to leak. I had lost the receipt but she worked hard to resolve the issue and spoke to David who said to pop in and resolve the issue. On arriving in the shop I was warmly welcomed by David who was busy serving another customer, he got another member of staff called Ben to deal with me who was superb, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I came away absolutely delighted at the professional and extremely high standard of customer care. I would recommend John Norris to anybody! Absolutely top notch service and the above named staff are a credit to your company.
