Dear Mr Norris, We called at your shop last week on the recommendation of a friend, wanting to buy a gift for a Swedish fisherman whilst knowing nothing about the subject ourselves. You were immensely helpful and set about choosing a box and a selection of English chalk stream flies to go in it, explaining all about them with enthusiasm! You even suggested that we could engrave his name on the lid to ‘finish it off’ We were so impressed with your warmth and interest, despite our complete lack of knowledge, and wanted to thank you for the fantastic service you gave us.
