Dear James,

I have been coming to John Norris since about 1977 and have always enjoyed a high standard of service. You just had the small shop in those days but I think that Julian was there almost from that time. I just wanted you to know that the young men you have in the fishing tackle department are exceptional. I have made a few visits this year and David and Ben could not have been more knowledgeable about the products and they were also extremely obliging. I was served yesterday by another man (whose name I didn’t ask) and he also provided first class service.

I found that when I was in business people were quick to complain but not very forthcoming when praise was warranted. My thanks to all at John Norris for over forty years of happy shopping.
