I have today had a request for my card details so that the refund for my recent purchase can be actioned. I would like to say how impressed I am with the customer service that I have received in relation to my request. I am a college lecturer and this is one of the areas that I teach so I hope that this indicates just how much the level of service has made an impression on me.
