Dear Sirs

I am just back from 2 weeks on the Naver where we couldn't fish due to lack of water. I had a day on Loch Hope on Thursday and managed to break a rod. I phoned yourselves on Friday morning to order a replacement (and another rod), explaining that I would only be home for a week before departing for the Deveron next weekend, and would appreciate a quick delivery. I returned home a day early, today, and was amazed to find that the rods were with a neighbour awaiting my return.

All I can say is very many thanks to all involved, customer service doesn't get any better.
