Dear Sir/madam I just feel I should commend your company on your excellent service having ordered a coat for my wife yesterday lunch-time by phone, not for one minute expecting to receive it in time for Xmas as I was so late in placing the order. I was very pleasantly surprised when the item was delivered to me at lunch-time today bearing in mind how busy you must be currently. I have always found your staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with but this was exceptional service.
