Mail Order Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity to lead our Mail Order Operations team.

Your duties will include ensuring the smooth running of all Mail Order transactions and the day to day management of our dedicated team. You will have extensive previous experience of managing and motivating a customer service team, dealing with incoming and out-going calls. You will hold exemplary customer service and communication skills, and be able to resolve customer issues to the benefit of both parties and also have the ability to train and maintain best practice within your team.

37 ¼ hrs, 5 days per week, salary by negotiation.
