Dear John Thank you so much for a wonderful helpful service, I rang up late Thursday afternoon and explained to a lovely helpful lady that I needed some breeks for a dayメs partridge shooting I had somehow managed to forget about this Saturday and my old ones must have shrunk and after a few minutes sorting me out my beautiful breeks landed on my door step the next day around lunch time Friday. I must add they are fantastic and fit like a glove. Many many thanks I will be back. Cheers Luigi x

  10. I would like to take the time to say thank you for your excellent customer service, I called to explain about some Harkila boots which are a replacement pair and already have a small leek. I was enquiring whether they were still in warranty, which they were. The lady explained that I could look at another pair of boots or be sent replacement Harkila boots, to which I wanted Harkila boots again. I explained that I was shooting this Thursday and need to keep the old pair until after this shoot. The lady then said that I could have a replacement pair sent free of charge on a 24Hr courier, and that she would arrange for my old boots to be collected after my shooting trip, just in case the new boots did not turn up. I found your customer service excellent, and thought that I must write to thank you. I will continue to use John Norris with confidence. Many Thanks Alastair Bloomfield
