Dear Sirs

Just to confirm that I have received the replacement wading boots and to express my grateful thanks for your efforts on my behalf.

Despite being outside the twelve month warranty period, you nevertheless took the matter up with the suppliers who happily agreed to replace them.  Further than that, you then sent me the boots before yourself receiving a credit from the suppliers.

This is just one more example of the excellent service I have received from Norris' during the very many years I have been a customer.

When I enquired, you did not have in stock any Ocean 'waist' waders.  Perhaps you could let me know when they become available.

There is no rush with this one!
