Barbour Essentials Half Zip Fleece - Mid Olive

The Barbour Essentials Half Zip Fleece in Mid Olive is a practical mid-layer for customers who want additional warmth without moving into a heavy outer jacket. It works over a shirt or T-shirt on a dry, cool day, then under a wax jacket or waterproof when the weather turns colder.

The fleece combines a half-zip front with a stand collar. This makes it easier to regulate warmth around the neck than with a crew-neck layer, and it remains straightforward to pull on and take off. The outer is polyester microfleece with cotton trim, balancing soft insulation with a familiar Barbour finishing detail. Barbour and Shield embroidery on the left chest provides discreet branding rather than a prominent logo treatment.

Fit and sizing: Choose your usual size when you expect to wear it over a light base layer. If it will regularly sit over a substantial shirt or knit, allow enough room through the shoulders and chest for comfortable movement. The half zip makes it a useful layer to adjust through the day without needing to remove an outer jacket.

Use it for dog walks, travel, shooting days and everyday country wear when you need dependable warmth but not a bulky insulating layer. It is not waterproof, so add a shell or jacket when wet conditions are expected. The Mid Olive colour is particularly easy to use with navy, brown and earth-toned outer layers.

Machine wash at 30°C on a mild process. Follow the care label for drying and ironing, and avoid unnecessary heat so the fleece remains comfortable and the trim keeps its shape.

Please advise when placing your order via the web or phone if it would be more convenient to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, we can pass these instruction onto the couriers, this would be done at your own risk.

Postage/Packaging will be charged on all deliveries.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 90 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements.
