The sales guy was excellent very helpful and formative, obviously knew the products. The actual trying on of the garment and the very reasonable discount sealed the deal.     Thanks for your reply – I know it’s easier to criticise than to praise and that people tend to do the former more than the latter.

    I’d like to thank you again, and Joan who answered my phone call on Monday – she confirmed your advice so I ordered a 40 inch from her which came yesterday – really good service and the jacket is a very good fit – in fact just right!

    I have used John Norris, mainly for smaller fly fishing items, for very many years and their/your service is always reliable, unlike one of your other more ‘Sporting’ large impersonal competitors who often claim things are in stock and then have to send ‘back orders’ because they aren’t!
