Like the entire Rambler® Drinkware Family, the Lowball and included MagSlider™ Lid are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. While the magnet slider adds an additional barrier of protection to keep drinks hot or cold, this magnet slider is not leakproof and will not prevent spills.

Please advise when placing your order via the web or phone if it would be more convenient to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, we can pass these instruction onto the couriers, this would be done at your own risk.

Next Day deliveries apply Monday to Friday if an order is received before 2PM Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 90 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
