The John Norris Pro Endurance 10in Waterproof Field Boots are developed for country work and field use where wet ground, repeated flexing and rough vegetation are part of the day rather than an occasional inconvenience. Built as the next generation of the John Norris field-boot range, they combine a supportive 10-inch profile with a tougher waterproof construction and targeted reinforcement around the areas that work hardest.

At the centre of the boot is the NTEX-PULSE breathable waterproof membrane. It is
supported by a high-elastic waterproof film and a densely woven backing fabric, designed
to cope with the repeated movement created by walking, crouching, climbing and working
on uneven ground. In dynamic waterproof testing, the Pro Endurance construction
exceeded 100,000 flex cycles, compared with 50,000+ flex cycles for the previous boot. Each pair is also individually tested for waterproof performance before leaving the factory.

The reinforcement is designed around practical wear points rather than added for
appearance alone. Additional 1mm EVA protective gaskets are fitted around the toe, sides,
collar, mudguard and midsole flex zones. These areas are regularly exposed to rubbing,
creasing and bending, particularly when boots are used through mud, wet cover, gateways
and rough terrain. The extra protection helps support the waterproof construction while
adding a further barrier against water ingress.

The internal construction has been upgraded to improve stretch and tear resistance. A high density 42-gauge T/C backing fabric provides a stable supporting layer, while the previous 0.18mm TPU component has been replaced by a stronger 0.3mm polyester and breathable TPU waterproof-film composite. Two-tone technical BN fabric, 3mm K360 reinforcement, strengthened stitching and upgraded metal buckles contribute to a boot designed for regular hard use. Anti-wicking lower construction helps limit moisture travelling through the boot, while thicker padding is intended to improve comfort and the overall fit.

These boots are suited to stalking and deer management, gamekeeping, estate work,
driven and walked-up shooting, farming, dog walking and general countryside use. The 10-
inch design provides additional ankle coverage and support for customers who spend long
periods on wet grass, rough tracks, moorland or woodland ground.

For care, remove mud after use, clean the boots as needed and allow them to dry naturally
away from direct heat. John Norris recommends treating the leather with John Norris Mink
Oil before first use, then reapplying treatment regularly, particularly after prolonged
exposure to wet or muddy conditions. Regular cleaning and conditioning will help maintain
the leather and support the boot's working life.

Care: Before first wear, treat the leather with our John Norris Mink Oil. After use, remove mud, clean the boots as required and dry them naturally away from direct heat. Reapply treatment regularly, especially after sustained wet or muddy use, to help condition the leather and support water resistance.

Fitting: The John Pro Endurance Boots are a normal/standard width fitting. We recommend going up a 1/2 size if you like to wear thicker socks.

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 90 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements.
