• The boot has been designed with a gusset system, which makes them comfortable to wear and easy to slip on and off. The gusset also adapts to any size of calf.
• The boot is made from natural rubber to ensure it is totally waterproof. Not a single pair slips through the cracks: every pair of boots produced is tested for watertightness! The boot is filled with air and then immersed in water. If no bubbles appear, it fulfills its purpose and is ready for you to wear.

Please advise when placing your order via the web or phone if it would be more convenient to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, we can pass these instruction onto the couriers, this would be done at your own risk.

Next Day deliveries apply Monday to Friday if an order is received before 2PM Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 90 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
