Good evening, I would like to give you some feedback on my experience I had recently with your company. In February this year I purchased a pair of Harkila boots for shooting, unfortunately on the second day out I had a leak in the right boot, I contacted JN by email and within two hours had a reply from Kirsty, who I must say dealt with my problem in a very professional, and courteous manner.

Kirsty arranged for a replacement pair of boots to be sent to me, the whole process was made very easy for me.
