Dear John Norris team (Joan, Sarah, Kirsty) Just a short note to thank you for your very kind assistance in arranging for my order to be delivered to Prestwick Byre in Surrey rather than our home address in Northumberland. I very much appreciate the additional effort in organising the expedited courier service and I hope this did not cause too much additional work or that I was too much of a nuisance. I would also like to thank you for so kindly both suggesting and offering to substitute my order for a Musto shooting coat, waistcoat and breeks for Schoffel alternatives. I am pleased to report all fit well and that I am delighted with them. By serendipity I realised they are the same tweed as my Schoffel cap of a number of seasons vintage. Just a word of thanks for your very kind and helpful updates on all your excellent products, I had the great pleasure of visiting your store a few times in the past, indeed our credit card didnメt register and you trusting held our purchases until we got cash from the bank up the street, from NI you see it would have to happen to us!
