Hello I ordered Le Chameau boots plus a Barbour jacket and a Barbour Gilet from you a couple of days ago….Surprise, surprise, within 48 hours the goods were here in the Channel Islands and all are fine. Not an enquiry but a big thank you to Kirsty for getting my new Barbour jacket to me in double quick time and for refunding the postage after a security tag was left in. It did get back to me in time and kept me dry on a very wet Saturday near Tetbury. Kirsty your customer service was exemplary and very welcome in a world that seems to care less day by day. Just returned from picking up my order from JN Penrith. Ended up buying two jackets, a jumper and a gadget.
