Would like to thank you for exceptional customer service I received today, although initially disappointed that the rod I had ordered was out of stock, I was offered a replacement rod that has higher retail price at no extra cost, I gratefully accepted the offer. I have shared this on Facebook groups and already received positive feedback, best comment was, John Norris offer unparalleled customer service, other retailers should take note, as I have recently returned to fishing after long break ,I have many items to be replaced ,so see you soon.
