Grangers Down Care Kit

This kit was inspired by the desire to offer a complete down care solution: combining Wash + Repel Down 2 in 1 with three dryer balls to clean and protect all down articles.

We understand that washing your down gear can be intimidating. When you’ve invested your money in a lovely jacket that keeps you warm and dry, yet in one wash you could reduce it to a clumpy, disfigured mess. However, taking care of your down is important. If you don’t keep it clean and protected, then it won’t perform as well and this is why we invented our Down Care Kit, to take away that fear.

This kit includes: 

Wash + Repel Down 2 in 1, our unique 2 in 1 product which cleans and proofs in one wash cycle, meaning less impact on the environment and less time washing so you can get back outside sooner. This 2 in 1 formulation takes care of your down and synthetic down with powerful cleaning and superior proofing.

3 dryer balls, which are reusable (for up to 1000 washes) and perfect for preventing clumping and restoring loft to down articles. Previously, people have used tennis balls but these can actually leak colour onto the garment and crush the down. We recommend these dryer balls as they gently restore loft, meaning your down will be back to maximum performance.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

All goods despatched via courier. There are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday but we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional cost - please call our team on 01768 864211 (Monday-Friday) for further information.

Please advise when placing your order via the web or phone if it would be more convenient to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, we can pass these instruction onto the couriers, this would be done at your own risk.

We deliver to addresses in the UK Mainland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

Postage/Packaging will be charged on all deliveries.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

We can only deliver to UK Mainland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at the moment. We apologise for any disappointment caused.

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 90 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements.
