The rod included with this outfit is a 6ft 6in rod, ideal for children and young anglers and it comes with a fixed spool reel. The rod is designed for lures up to 30g in weight and has fibreglass blanks for strength and a light weight. The handle is made from EVA foam for comfort and the reel attached is a 30 RD model. The reel has a tough graphite construction and is pre-spooled with mono.
