Hi folks I had purchased a rod that was in the sale online over a weekend, that I was really looking forward to receiving. I was contacted by staff on Monday to advise that unfortunately it had sold out prior to my order. I was disappointed but staff had immediately offered me the sale rods direct new replacement for the same purchase price or a refund. I was afforded time to consider the option and accepted their proposal. I would like to highlight the outstanding customer service from John Norris and other shops could take a leaf out of their book!!! Kind regards Raymond Smillie
