I have been very remiss in emailing you to say first that the waders arrived safely last week and I am thrilled they have been replaced, and secondly to thank you so much for following the whole matter through for me. I have been a customer of John Norris over the years for a long time now and your efficiency and helpfulness has ensured that I will continue to be for a long time to come yet.
