I just wanted to express to you personally my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received today from two of your staff, namely David Garfoot and I believe Aaron (stocky dark haired chap).
I purchased a pair of Simms freestone waders last September and despite light use they began to let in on a trip to the Tay this week. On further investigation it appeared one of the membranes had become detached on the inside. I contacted David earlier in the week and he advised me to pop in, which I did this afternoon.
I wasn’t keen on getting another pair of Simms so the lads kept me right with what I should get instead. As normal, excellent customer service from your guys, I have come away delighted with the outcome.
