Things to do in the Lake District: September

Wondering what the best things for couples to do in the Lake District? We’ve got plenty of ideas this September. After a somewhat-disappointing summer weather-wise, the end of August and the beginning of September is looking a bit more promising, so it’s best to get outside while the weather permits.

September is a popular time for couples to pop into the Lake District as the busy school holiday times die down, allowing for a more ambient atmosphere for those looking to relax.
