Fetch Tag is a smart pet ID tag that digitally stores all of your pets details including both the pet and the owners name, a photo of the pet, owners address and contact information and unique pet information such as allergies, medical conditions, likes and dislikes etc.

If you find a lost pet, you can simply tap or scan the QR code on the Fetch Tag with your smart phone. When the Fetch Tag is scanned you can see all of the pets information and the pets owner will get an email notification with GPS location when the tag is scanned.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

All goods despatched via courier. There are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday but we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional cost - please call our team on 01768 864211 (Monday-Friday) for further information.

Please advise when placing your order via the web or phone if it would be more convenient to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, we can pass these instruction onto the couriers, this would be done at your own risk.

Delivery schedules shown at checkout are for goods that are in stock at the time of ordering. Pre-Order goods will show expected delivery dates on their own product pages.

NEXT DAY DELIVERIES

Next Day deliveries apply Monday to Friday if an order is received before 2PM Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 90 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
