There are various factors that distinguish a topwater lure, and the Slap Walker has all of them, plus a few more! The golf ball-like surface is the most apparent characteristic. This enhances throwing ability by reducing air resistance. In addition, light reflection in all directions is greatly increased. An enticing bubble trail is also created by the little depressions. In the walk-the-dog or skipping method, the flat side of the bait repeatedly breaks through the surface. The predators are unable to ignore the background noise, which is aided by the faint rattling of the bait. A unique lure for catching sea bass, jackfish, bluefish, mahi mahi, barracudas, and a variety of other topwater predators.
