Dear Kirsty thank you for your help. As I said earlier this is the reason I try to use John Norris for my fly fishing tackle requirements, good service and polite friendly staff. This is the first problem I have had with your company and it has been dealt with quickly and with diligence.
I am in the process of checking my fly lines for next season so will probably ordering replacements for any damaged or worn ones found.
