Based on the original best selling DTX models, these Mackenzie dtx Shooting Head fly rods come with tweaked blanks and fittings to better suit modern shooting head set ups. The handles are shorter and thicker in a more Scandinavian style than the standard DTX fly rods and with slightly faster actioned blanks. Each Mackenzie dtx Shooting Head fly rod comes in a beautifully crafted bag with its own distinctive Mackenzie triangular rod tube.
