Formerly known as Waterworks, Lamson started branching out into the fly fishing market in 1995 when we created a tool which was capable of reducing fish mortality by eliminating netting and handling, now known as the Ketchum Release. Lamson then switched their focus to fishing reels as they believed other reels on the market didn’t work as they should. Lamson are now experts in designing fishing reels and it is those reels we’ve chosen to stock here on the John Norris site including; the Lamson Litespeed reels and spools, the Lamson Velocity II reels and spools and the famous Lamson Guru reels.
